Refund Policy


In accordance with the specific policies of each recreational/sports program as to time lines and deadlines for Refunds:

Refund Request

The following policy governs refund for the Athletic Leagues within the City of Florence. 


  • Before registration ends: Full Refund

  • 5 days after registration ends: Refund Minus $6

  • 6 days until games begin: Refund minus $25

  • No refunds will be issued after first game


 
Refund Process:


  1. The request must be made in person or by email.

  2. Credit Card – the money will be added back to your card within 5-7 business day.

  3. Cash/Check- A check will be mailed to you within 15 business days.
