You will find that our innovated program full of uniquely structured classes are packed with high energy and fun! In addition to teaching gymnastics, Florence Gymnastics curriculum focuses on playground readiness, general athletic preparation for other sports, and character development.Participants will learn not only athletic skills but they will also learn life-skills that will help them develop as teens, young adults and adults.The center is a 12,000 square foot air-conditioned building with many different types of gymnastics features, such as a 20×20 loose-foam training pit, a 8×30 bar training pit, a 42×42 spring tumbling floor, multiple sets of uneven bars, balance beams, vaulting tables, a 25 foot tumble track, parallel bars, rings, and several additional learning aids. There is a separate preschool room outfitted with small-scale equipment adapted to better accommodate younger children. You will find that our innovated program full of uniquely structured classes are packed with high energy and fun! In addition to teaching gymnastics, Florence Gymnastics curriculum focuses on playground readiness, general athletic preparation for other sports, and character development.Participants will learn not only athletic skills but they will also learn life-skills that will help them develop as teens, young adults and adults.The center is a 12,000 square foot air-conditioned building with many different types of gymnastics features, such as a 20×20 loose-foam training pit, a 8×30 bar training pit, a 42×42 spring tumbling floor, multiple sets of uneven bars, balance beams, vaulting tables, a 25 foot tumble track, parallel bars, rings, and several additional learning aids. There is a separate preschool room outfitted with small-scale equipment adapted to better accommodate younger children.
