Youth After School Program 2025-2026 • Register • View Cart •

The City of Florence provides a safe and supportive environment for children ages 6–12 (grades K–6) through our after-school program. Designed to promote growth and community involvement, the program offers structured, fun activities that keep children engaged and safe. We operate four centers: Levy Youth Center, Mordecia C. Johnson Center, Dr. Iola Jones Center, Maple Park Center.

Our program provides an afternoon snack and a quiet environment for completing homework. Program hours are strictly enforced from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. A late fee of $5.00 per child will be applied if a child is not picked up by 5:45 PM, with an additional charge of $1.00 per child for every minute thereafter until pickup. Children will not be permitted to return to the program until the late fee is paid at the Administration Office, located at 513 Barnes Street. The program fee is $12 per child.

Transportation to and from After School Care is NOT provided.
