Florence Youth Basketball League

The City of Florence Recreation Department, in association with the Florence Youth Basketball League, hosts a youth basketball program for kids in the Florence area. With over 400 youth participating, the league is one of the most popular activities offered in the city area.

Youth ages 5 to 17 years of age can participate. All ages are determined by their age as of September 1st of the registration year.

Your child's age group is whatever age they will be on September 1, 2026.

Registration:

Registration for 7-17 age groups will open on May 1st and close on May 31st

Evaluations will take place at the Pearl Moore Basketball Center (500 Barnes St) on Tuesday, June 2nd
