City of Florence Little League is a city-run program that will utilize Maple Park, McLeod Park, Northside Park, and the Florence Sports Complex. This league is offered from ages 7 to 16 and has a birthday cut-off on August 31st of 2026.
The City of Florence Recreation Department hosts the newly created Florence Little League Program. Participation in this league will be based on your residency in Florence County. The league is provided for participants ranging from the age of 7 to 16. Playing age is determined by the participant’s age as of August 31st of 2026. The fee to participate is $45 per resident participant, $55 for non-residents. Registration is conducted online, or by going to the Recreation Department’s administrative offices located at the Barnes Street Activity Center.
Registration will run from August 1st to August 28th
Evaluations 9/2 and 9/4
Tuesday, Sept. 2nd
Coach Pitch – 6:00pm
Minors – 7:30pm
Thursday, Sept. 4th
Majors – 6:00pm
Jr/Sr – 7:30pm
Please note Fall Baseball registration does not include a hat.
Each volunteer/coach will be required to complete a background check as well as the BASE Abuse Awareness Training through little league.
