Florence Youth Softball - Spring 2025 Florence Youth Softball Jr/Sr Division ages 13-16: Fred Allen Smalls Silver Sox @ MNB Construction
The City of Florence Recreation Department, in association with the Florence Youth Softball Association, hosts a girls youth softball program for the Florence community. There are two seasons each year which offer league play – spring and fall.The league is provided for youth ranging from the age of 4 to 16 years of age. All ages are determined as of December 31st, 2024 for the spring league. League participation is dependent upon the participant’s location of residence. The fee is $45 per participant for residents and $55 for non-residents. There will also be a late fee of $10 per registration after the deadline.Registration for 4-12 has concluded.Junior/Senior (13-16) registration will run from March 10th to April 27th.A $10 late fee will apply to all registrations from 4/7 to 4/27.Evaluations for Junior/Senior will be held at Freedom Florence on April 28th at 6:30pmEach volunteer/coach will be required to complete a background check as well as the BASE Abuse Awareness Training through little league. https://www.littleleague.org/player-safety/child-protection-program/safesport-resources-parents/Dick's Sporting Goods 20% Off Weekend Feb. 21st-24thSave the date! Florence Little League Baseball - Spring 2025 Little League Majors Division ages 11-12
City of Florence Little League is a city-run program that will utilize Maple Park, McLeod Park, Northside Park, and the Florence Sports Complex. This league is offered from ages 7 to 16 and has a birthday cut-off on August 31st of 2025.The City of Florence Recreation Department hosts the newly created Florence Little League Program. Participation in this league will be based on your residency in Florence County. The league is provided for participants ranging from the age of 7 to 16. Playing age is determined by the participant’s age as of August 31st of 2025. The fee to participate is $45 per resident participant, $55 for non-residents.
